I live abroad. Can I get my home designed in India remotely?Yes. We specialize in remote collaboration with NRI clients. From concept development to final handover, we manage every step digitally with regular updates, through dedicated Project Tracker Dashboard, weekly updates via email or WhatsApp, and scheduled video walkthroughs of site progress. You’ll have full visibility, just as if you were onsite.

Do you offer turnkey solutions, including execution and furnishing?Yes, our turnkey services cover everything from interior design and civil changes to execution, furniture, lighting, decor, and styling. You only need to approve the designs — we handle the rest.

How do we start & approve the design process?You can begin by scheduling a video consultation. We'll discuss your preferences, floor plan, and requirements. After that, we send you a proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. We use digital presentations, 3D renders, and virtual walkthroughs to help you visualize the space. You’ll approve each stage online before execution.

Can you work with my property developer or local representative in India?Yes. We coordinate directly with developers, builders, and your nominated contacts (friends or family) in India to ensure seamless execution and approvals on your behalf.

What kind of documentation/contracts and payment process are provided for NRI clients?We provide professional service agreements with clearly defined scope, milestones, timelines, and warranty clauses for transparency and assurance. For payments we accept online payments via bank transfers (including international wires). Payment is milestone-based (e.g., Design Approval, Execution Start, Handover). All payments are documented.

I’m not familiar with Indian vendors and materials. Will you help with selection?Absolutely. We suggest the best materials and products suited for your location, climate, and usage. You’ll receive digital moodboards, sample swatches (if needed), and guided video explanations.

How much time will the entire process take?Depending on scope and size, most turnkey projects take between 60–120 days. We’ll share a detailed project timeline during onboarding.

Can I visit during the project, or is it fully remote?You're welcome to visit at any stage. But it’s not necessary. Many of our NRI clients opt for 100% remote handling, trusting our process and updates.

Do you provide services across India?Yes, as we are located in Mangalore, Karnataka, we occupy a central spot in the market, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Additionally, we extend our services to other cities such as Bangalore, Goa, Mumbai - broadening our reach to better serve your needs.
